Honey Lemon Pepper Salmon
Baked salmon filet with a light lemon pepper and honey butter. Served with roasted rosemary red potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts.
Beef Tenderloin Medallions
With a peppercorn reduction. Served with goat cheese, mashed potatoes, and seasonal steamed vegetables.
Mushroom Wellington
Sautéed Portobello mushrooms, button mushrooms, and sweet onion in a vegan
roast seasoning, topped with spinach and wrapped in puff pastry.
